Everybody loves DUO

DUO: Durham University Online.

I logged on DUO after 49 days since my last log on. On the front page it says 'DUO survey: response rate is low this year'. 14%? That's quite low. Complete the survey and enter a prize draw for £50 Amazon voucher? Why not...

After a long long long long long (5 pages, yeah!) survey, I came up with the last but one question...If you rated it 'poor' or 'very poor' in the above, please specify your reasons.

'Well I don't think the poor performance of duo is the fault of duo alone, but the whole university as a supportive system. Taught postgraduate teachers didn't encourage us to share, students only concentrate on their own, getting library books is always a competition. There are not enough resources for an increasing number of students, and the online duo didn't solve the problem of scares resources - this is why.'

DUO is ok. ITS is doing a good job. Seriously.
